Why we built this
Every salon owner we talked to was using either a paper logbook or a tool designed for SaaS sales meetings. Clinics were juggling patient intake forms in one tool and scheduling in another. Tutoring companies were managing credits in spreadsheets.
The problem wasn't that scheduling software didn't exist. It's that existing tools forced every business into the same template: a calendar link and a confirmation email.
BookAutomate starts from the question: what does this specific type of business actually need? Per-service pricing for salons. Credit packages for tutors. Intake forms for clinics. Retainer billing for consultants. Then we built one platform flexible enough to serve all of them.
