Why We Built This

Across many service businesses we supported, we repeatedly saw scheduling software that was too generic, too expensive, or disconnected from the rest of the customer experience. Businesses were forced to adapt their workflows to fit the software instead of the software adapting to them.

Some salon owners still relied on paper appointment books, while others used scheduling tools that were not designed around salon workflows. Other businesses were combining scheduling, intake forms, payments, and customer communication across multiple disconnected tools.

The problem wasn't that scheduling software didn't exist. It's that existing tools forced every business into the same template: a calendar link and a confirmation email.
